Concludes the Municipal Management training imparted by Fundazucar and the School of Government

The Sugar Foundation -Fundazucar- and the School of Government concluded the Municipal Management training aimed to municipal public officials. In total, 66 officials from 25 municipalities in the departments of Escuintla, Suchitepequez, Retalhuleu, Santa Rosa and Jutiapa successfully approved the modules.

The training course was given by the School of Government with the support of Fundazucar and began in December 2020 and ended in August 2021. The four modules that were worked on were: Mitigation measures against Covid-19; Municipal management, supervision, transparency, and accountability; Municipal planning and management for results; and Municipalities attractive for investment.
